Articulated Skeleton- Real Bones. Real skeleton of a life size human showing all parts in high details in standing posture complete in all respects.

Mounted Skeleton - Articulated ( Real Bones) with various parts connected in such a way to demonstrate the normal relationship and allow motion between various parts as in living body. Joints of upper and lower limbs are movable. Skull is composed of 22 parts (not separated) and mandible is mobile at the temporomandibular joint.

Vertebral column has the normal anatomical curvatures- cervical and lumbar lordosis, thoracic and sacral kyphosis. It has 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae , 5 lumbar and fused sacral vertebrae with coccyx.

In bony thorax robs are articulated through costal cartilagesto sternum and at the back to the vertebral column. There may be appx. 24 pair of ribs as anatomical - 5 verterbosternal, 5 vertebrochondral and 2 vertebral. It may have sternum with manubrium, body and xiphoid.

It has male / female bony pelvis made of hip bones, sacrum and coccyx articulated appropriately.

The Upper limb bones of both sides has 1- Pectoral girdles- scapulae and clavicles 2 - Humerus 3- Radius, ulna 4 - All 8 carpal bones 5 - 5 metacarpals 6 - 14 phalange bones

Lower limb bones of both sides articulated to the bony pelvis and consist of: 1- Femur 2- Patella 3 - Tibia, fibula 4 - All 7 tarsal bones 5- 5 metatarsals 6- 14 phalange bones

Ideal for teaching basics of Human Anatomy. Height of skeleton appx. 160-190 cm.

Bones and articulation are robust for frequent demonstrations.

Good Quality neat and clean original bones , bleached and chemically treated and articulated with the help of strong and fine metallic wires.

May be varnished at extra cost if required. Arms, legs & Skull removable for study.

All Joints, sutures, fissures, formina and processes are intact and portrayed with accuracy. Vertical stand with 5 castor wheels may be supplied at extra cost with mechanism of suspension from the skull.

Plastic Dust cover may be supplied at extra cost.
